We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Please contact us before purchasing should you have any questions about the details of any pieces.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy exchange or issue you store credit on your purchase up to 7 days upon its arrival. After 7 days sales are final. Refunds will not be issued to damaged, worn or altered items. 

REPAIRS 

 Each piece is made by hand, and we know things can happen that are beyond our control, and pieces can break. We inspect every piece carefully before shipping. We are happy to repair any damages due to our production.  We will make repairs on any purchase at no cost to you within one year of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of the materials, some chains and pendants are fragile. Please email us at info@carynmichelledesigns for your repair
